As a movement specialist and dance artist, Ms. Osborne ha a 25 year history of teaching experience. She has created, developed ad led dance ad exercise programs at the college level, not-for-profit performing arts schools, and in the private sector. Her commitment to communicating and teaching movement to others has led her to her personalized practice of ONE ON ONE, a multidiscipline approach to maximum physical fitness.

Page one: Working together “one on one.” I invite you to find through exercise your path to building a body that radiates health and well being. Through our work, you can find your resources of strength and resiliency that allow your boy to improve with age and time.

I can teach you the benefits of becoming aware of your body’s movements, carriage and alignment, and I can help you bring this focus to everyday life experiences. You will integrate this understanding and control of your body into a powerful presence.

From my years of experience as a dancer ad educator, I acknowledge the body’s movements as language. With increased training and awareness, your “body confidence” will communicate to others this command of control, strength and grace. By combining the principles of exercise with the techniques of ballet, modern dance, Pilates, and yoga, I have created a multidiscipline approach with a rich movement vocabulary.

It is important for you to know that whatever your age and current physical condition, you can begin now to improve your body’s physical capabilities. It is essential fr you to realize that you d not have to become the victim of the aging process. As you increase your body’s strength and flexibility, you retrieve the youthful stamina that is within you.

Coordination and Balance: for control and grace of movement, promoting good posture and correct body alignment while increasing joint stability.

Muscular Development: for toning and shaping, through techniques that increase the body’s capacity for strength and endurance.

Flexibility: for promotion of muscular elasticity and joint mobility.

These groups of exercises are essential to build your body into total fitness. As I work personally with you, I am able to gauge your progress and encourage you to attempt more. In our partnership, I am able to adjust and improvise according your needs and goals. This allows the exercise to “work for you” instead of your “working for them.” You will improve at your own pace without wasted time and energy. As you progress, I can provide you with a continually updated audio or video supplement created especially so you can work at home between sessions.
